Document and protocol management in the Public Administration. Seedoo.

Sardegna Ricerche is a regional agency for research and technological development. In order to have an IT system for managing the IT Protocol office and to have a Document Management system compliant with current legislation, since 2012 Sardegna Ricerche has adopted the SeeDoo IT system developed by Innovyou and Flosslab. The adoption of this system included an important customization due to the specificity of the institution and its activities. The Seedoo system has been adapted to the new legal regulations and to the current performance and safety standards required by the Italian Public Administration. Over time, the management system has undergone evolutions that have led Sardegna Ricerche to adopt the new version of the system, a decision that has led to various activities by the Innovyou team engaged in migration management, development of customized components, provision of the necessary support and training. Thanks to the set of customizations that allow the customer to go beyond the protocol and document management system, the final project allows its users to manage a complete flow that includes determinations, clearances and payments within the same application both at the General Management level and for the individual Operating Units. Workflow analysis has made it possible to process each step for which operators can assign jobs, take charge of each individual resource, track individual activities in order to meet transparency requirements.
